Dry Martini

30ml NIP aged gin (Madeira french oak barrel)

25ml Truffle gin

5dashes Angostura orange bitters

15ml Martini extra dry vermouth

Stir well all ingredients and strain into chilled martini glass, serve with deep-fried cheese stick
