15 ml Martini Extra Dry ~Change to Mancino secco next time :)
5 dashes Bitter truth grapefruit
3 ml Bowmore
Stir well all ingredients

3 ml Monin Passionfruit syrup
12.5 ml Fresh squeeze lemon juice
35 ml Cage free egg white
3 dashes Angostura cacao bitters
Dry shake, shake with ice

Customized Paloma
50ml Montelobos Mezcal
15ml Fresh squeeze grapefruit juice
5ml Fresh squeeze lemon juice
120ml Soda water
5 dashes tabasco
Build in tall glass with ice
